...Tagore runs in the bloodstream of all Bengalis :)

the above song or even the TV serial proclaims that Tagore songs can be molded and reshaped for the love of younger generations and even then the old magic will never be lost and it is really meaningless to have a rigid bureaucratic attitude to hold the old trend and culture in the name of 'saving Tagore'. it is rather wiser to be along the flow, change a little to fit in and that is the best way to influence the younger lot and make them realise the old values.Celestial Dreamzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11665499902779022498noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-516578561901642909.post-69898686772590189332010-12-14T13:51:11.398+05:302010-12-14T13:51:11.398+05:30"Music fills the infinite between two souls.&..."Music fills the infinite between two souls." - Rabindranath Tagore.

Thank you for this post. I really enjoy the music though I have been unsuccessful in finding lyrics, though I did learn that "pran" means life. I also learned that this particular version of the music is part of a tv series there but what I am most thankful for is that I have discovered that the composer was Rabindranath Tagore.

I am a gnome of simple origins and have never heard of him or if I did I had long forgotten. Whatever the case I find him to be a wonderous poet. I have spent the last two hours reading many of his poems and I have yet to finish reading about him in wiki.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rabindranath_Tagore

Have a great day!The Unknowngnomehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00310142102993090697noreply@blogger.com
